The video clip takes a couple of minutes to load if you are on dialup. But if you want to see real insanity in action it's worth the wait.

OMG!
Looks like he got glass fragments in his empty head. One took a good sized chunk out of the tree behind him.
Fortunately, it was obviously not a vital organ. Or he wasn't using it anyhow.

Looks fake to me. The bottle is not on his head for one. The gun fires and there is a delay between the beginning of the report and the bottle shattering. Considering the distance, and the bullet is traveling faster then the speed of sound it should break instantly. IMHO
