The Big Bad Dog - The Bounty Hunter - What's a Freeper to think?
Dog's official site ^

I'm curious to know what other Freepers think of this show. He's a Christian yet curses like a sailor, still on the other hands shows kindness to folks who do not deserve it and talks to them about Christ. I'm sure he's probably helped some straighten out.

Well, what are your thoughts?

As once I relayed to a group of youths cursing at the local convenience store,

"It takes time for one to acquire sufficient cognitive language skills in order to overcome temptations of employing foul language which has replaced one's broader vocabulary."

IOW, anyone can curse. It takes a more learned person to choose a more effective alternate means of communication.

Why don't we put this guy on Bin Laden? He couldn't do any worse than the CIA.

I enjoy his show. I think he has a good heart, even though it's usually rough around the edges and incredibly tacky.

I watched the show Tuesday night and saw that. I also got a chuckle out of when he said that 95% of the time, if he's chasing someone and they have an American flag out on their house, they have a gun. I have a flag.

I think he's an obnoxious ass. What's with that ridiculous Buddy Holly / Michael Bolton hair due? He dresses like he's on his way to a gay bar. Oh, and the whole "dog" thing, nice touch fruit loop. He's embarrassing.

IMO, bounty hunters as a class are not much better than the folks they're chasing after.

The one time I watched that thing, I was truly amazed by how meek and passive most folks were when confronted. I don't care what you're looking for, or who you're doing it for, but unless you're a cop with a warrant, you're not coming in - and if you try, you'll be leaving the house horizontally. I'm not a violent person, but one of these days, ol' Dog is gonna kick down the wrong door.

Who doesn't notice the TV crew tailing him? Shooting someone on TV is always a bad career move. Just ask Bud Dwyer.

I have a feeling he's the type that has never cheated on her and will walk through fire for his family though.

Now there's a "type"? What's that suppose to mean.

I've seen parts of it. I'll just say this, from what I saw...I wouldn't want to mouth off to his wife. She is one tough lady.

Type of husband...sometimes people judge too much based on appearance and behavior.

I am from the islands and I watch his show. It reminds me of all the places I grew up at and where most of my friends grew up. In the back villages in Hawaii where you do not often see on tv. He has respect for my people even though he is looking for them when they are bad. That is why the locals do not turn on him. He has respect.

I caught part of that show the other night. She was wearing a leather vest that looked like one of Madonna's Bullet Bras!

Remember the FReeper who was promoting the Bullet Bra. He had the website as his tagline.

"You too can be a Sweater Girl."

I forget what his handle is, but I know he said if FReepettes would give him our measurements he would mail us a Bullet Bra for free.

Yeah okay buddy, let me get my measurements off to you right away. I can't wait to receive my free Bullet Bra. Lol.
