Impossible for me to pick a favourite, but here are three I'm surprised have not been mentioned:
Victoria Principal, the first year or so of Dallas
Linda Evans in The Big Valley (not that soap she did a lot later)
Hunter Tylo. I've seen some shots of her that are flabbergastingly gorgeous.
