Being that most of Atlanta speaks Ebonics, I don't see how what you said can be true. Nobody's "forcing" the citizenry to learn other languages. Get a clue.

Try Atlanta. They are attempting to pass a law that would make you take tests in different langauages. What different langauages would they force you to take them in? (Sgriobh rium anns a Gháidlig, ma 'se do thoil.)
I will say this: I am against providing the tests in other languages. Even more so voting materials.
