By the way, I speak Spanish. Knowing Spanish has not in any way impaired my use of English. If anything, it has helped me. Perhaps you should give it a try.

Some of their customers speak english, hence the english labeling. Some don't. Its not a conservative issue. Its a marketing issue.
If you like their chips, eat them. I don't, so I eat others. I don't even notice if the label is in english or spanish. But then I speak spanish, so I wouldn't care if it did.
