Notice the yard arm supporting the square sail is hauled right to the top and is offset not centered unlike the sketch

That was from the famous Gallaghers in NYC but to me it is the most tasteless stakehouse I ever ate in it is bland...

but than if you are the cooking you could season to taste!

Our meal last Sunday

Shrimp with home made mayonnaise
Alubias (French beans or kidney beans) with egg, olive oil, vinegar and peppers
Vichyssoise and Gazpacho

All cold dishes the meat came later.
