Don't knock Japanese animation in general (although I don't like most of it). Pixar even watches the stuff from one old-style (no computers) studio when they need inspriation. They're starting to become what Disney was.

Anime sucks hard core. They dont even have an interesting story line and the young girls in the show look like they were drawn by pedophiles.

That being said, any list that puts Bugs Bunny not at number one is flawed. BB rules. Pinky and the Brain? AYPWIAP? I think so Brain but where we find 2 ducks and some duct tape this time of night?

Speed Racer. Foghorn Leghorn. Scooby Doo and that whole genre of drug induced cartoons are not allowed on my TV, not because they are drug induced, but because they suck! Fairly odd parents Grim Adventures of Mandy and whoever are good recent ones. Spongebob is ok, but the movie SUCKED!
