MY NEW PET PEEVE

I just spent my lunch hour at the grocery store. I was so ticked off by the time I left, I had sweat rolling down my face.

First of all, (and I'm not knocking stay at home mom's) but is the noon hour the ONLY hour in the day that they can schedule hauling their screaming bawling children to the grocery store???? I mean come on... those of us who work 50 hours a week use our lunch hour to get things done, not to tango in the isle trying to get around a passle of "play group" kids on a field trip!

To top it all of... after my $260 worth of groceries, there was no one left to sack them for all the "mommy groups" so I sacked them myself and had to carry them out myself, all so I can get back to work and fume over it.

I think there should be a law against people who don't work to stay out of the grocery store from 11am to 1pm during the week and let us workers have the opportunity to get our stuff done.

Anyway, done venting... like I said I have nothing against stay at home moms as long as they stay at home during the lunch time hours.

What really gets me is the old folks. They are grumpy, they walk slow, and oh are they grumpy. They look at my kids who say "Hi" oh so sweet and gentle and they just growl at them. Why are they not more cheerful? Why is everyone for that matter so grumpy...cept the kids. The kids are happy, happy, and the world growls and twists their faces in disapproval of them, their very presence.

Moms who shop with their kids do so cause they LOVE their kids, love being with them, so so much. It is even worse on the weekends, peoples responses to children. Why they run them over, don't even see them. A mom needs like one of those big pointy things in the front of trains to keep adults? from knocking over their children. Selfish, self serving morons the adults of this world have turned into. God Bless all those Dear and Great Seniors and Grandparents who have kept their hearts full of love for the Children. Where else they gonna find love these days!

Redlocks, Have you ever seen the movie, Chitty chitty Bang Bang? In a town they get carried away to, Vulgaria, they have locked all the children up in caves under the city. Your idea of a place to live perhaps?

My brother and I are probably the ONLY kids to EVER play 'inquisition.'

We burned Greedo at the stake as a heretic, and Darth Vader for witch craft.
