Too right. I don't have a sister, but I do have a single cousin that may interest you...
count me in.
You are now on the list.
Ping to Rosie...
You are now on the list.
Single & still in shape at 51, here in Denver.
Count me in.
Regards, Ivan
Y'all are on the list.
I did run into a Goth girl here who was very conservative in her political views. However, that was about four years ago.
Hm...interesting.
This idea has come up lots of times before, but it's never really been pulled off. I think part of it is just that, as some have already said, it's just easier to get to know people by just chatting, and even just putting the "singles" label on a thread means there's some pressure. I wish it weren't the case, but it does seem to be.
But if it *could* be just talking...it might just work. We've had one marriage come out of our aimless little Hobbit Hole chit-chat, and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see more in the future. It's comfortable, it's low-key, and we just talk about...whatever.
Rosie - always on the lookout for a nice conservative Catholic guy...
It's an honor to be considered in such a light, thank you.
I'm rather firmly spoken for though; a fact that your cousin will eventually reflect upon as good news . . .
Just chit chat; that is the idea. I envision something that is low key where we just chat about any old thing. In fact, I am thinking of a name that avoids the "Singles" label, if possible.
I'm here.
Noted and added.
That's cool. In which case add me.
Those who are on the list and looking might consider adding to the top of their profile, what they're looking for. Just so nice Catholic girls like Rosie don't waste time wondering about nice Jewish guys or whatever.
Good point! You are now added.
Thanks! Will be nice to occasionally chat with Freepers I know to be younger and single. Love my FRiends but am always eager to make more.
And recruit them over to the Hobbit Hole. Mwahahaha.
"And recruit them over to the Hobbit Hole. Mwahahaha."
Hmmm, that smacks of colonialsim! :-)
