I can understand about neighbors. We live in a townhouse. The management here let the townhouse next door to us to two 19 year olds one of which was still in high school. Of course they let their friends crash here all the time. Lots of noise.
My sister and I could not take it and we though lots of mean things about them and we were always calling the management company on the teens. One night while settling into bed we hear a loud crash. Someone visiting another apartment ran their car through the teens townhouse.
Downside: The apartment management was getting ready to kick them out.
Brightside: they moved well enough away from us.
My sister though felt bad. She kept wishing something would happen and she thought that she had wished it upon them.
