Aw, I don't mind my food running together so much normally...but warming up a TV dinner takes time and you don't want your uncooked brownie to run into your watery corn.

I think you can get compartmental aluminum trays...at a restaurant supply store or something, maybe. I'd re-use them as long as I could, of course.

I don't want heavy ones, because my ultimate goal is to have low-carb TV dinners all in the freezer for Steve to just grab for work.

I don't know how these are gonna cook up, but they went into the freezer looking GORGEOUS. Steve even peeked over my shoulder and said "Those look pretty good!"

The test will be how will they warm up? They have to heat up hot enough for the brownie to thaw and cook.

We'll see!!

What are you putting them in so he can warm them up in the micro? He can't use the aluminum.
