Well, good! If it's supposed to be the final draft, I think there's a good chance it is.
These little groups of undergraduates keep getting brought back here - I guess they're getting the department tour - and I'm starting to feel like an exhibit.
I just want him to come home.
He didn't get in till 11pm last night.
We've been having *lots* of fun with the South Park Character generator and have been making cartoons of ourselves. Most of the offices on my floor have a 'roster' taped to the doors of who sits inside. I have a meter of my various moods (a SP character for each) with a marker showing where I am that day. Muahaha
Can I go home yet?
I have a lot of housework to catch up on. Especially laundry.
Oh, they delivered my suitcase last nite in the weeeeee hours. I woke up and it was on my porch. Hurray! My toothbrush!

Oh dear...now I really *am* fretting!
Just checked my phone and I had *5* missed calls - the ringer was set to low for no apparent and I never heard the phone! They were all from unknown or restricted numbers, yesterday evening and first thing this morning. That's how any number that doesn't allow caller ID or number ID show up...often companies show up like that. It could have been job related, and I missed them and can't do anything about it. Grrrr!
They didn't leave any messages. I hope it wasn't important, or that they call back if it was. If I lost an opportunity over something so stupid...I'm just gonna...I don't know what!

I hope so! I just picture a place deciding on the top four candidates or whatever, and calling them and crossing me off as unreachable. Eek!

I have been only lurking lately, but I'm still hanging around! The internet Nazi's got to me with the 6 month report on my supposed internet usage--one week listed 800+ minutes. Oops. We're only supposed to have 20 minutes a day, as I'm sure you remember from the last time they checked up on me, so I haven't been able to post much. But I still read to keep track of everyone (does that mean I'm eavesdropping? :o )
Hope you'all are doing well. I figure I can get away with a post or two without getting too many hits on my internet usage report...I hope...
Corin, I know exactly what you mean!!! I feel like the last couple of weeks have been one long rant from me, but I sure appreciated it...at one point i didn't know who my friends were this town! Now that we're finding each other and things are resolving, I feel much better but it was rough there for a while.
Typing up all that stuff helped me clarify what I was thinking and the input helped me realize that my thinking was accurate.
Nothing new with the pool board. Just involved in several....um...."discussions"...on FR this afternoon...
