Well, Nexcare is what I use. I know that there are some things out there called "liquid bandage" but it's in a bottle and not good...burns like the dickens. This is a new product, and I think Band-Aid brand has one too. It looks just like super glue in a little tube. If it's in a bottle with an applicator, that is not it.
It will literally seal it shut.
Don't put any neosporin on it prior to application, though...it'll prevent adherence.
ROFL...
*snort*
As a matter of fact, the reason I got this liquid bandage was to seal the cut I got from that clam!
Thanks for the info! I'm gonna look for it!
Considering how dry it is in the winter in Vermont and how many of the guys who came to the local jam work with their hands (lotta farmers and carpenters and such), a lot had trouble with cracks and cuts and scrapes year round, but especially in the winter. Superglue was mentioned a lot as a good option. I'd heard of some newfangled "liquid bandage" stuff that was the same thing only actually sterile and such, but didn't know much about it until 2J brought it up - glad she did!
OK, NOW I'm off.
okay...
bittygirl has a bowl of cheerios. The bowl happens to have a lid. She has now figured out she can put the lid on bowl so she can shake it and make ~music~. Ofcourse, and then she can eat the cereal when she is done.
Be aware, it is super glue. Once it's on there, it's ON THERE. Don't stick your fingers together and don't get it in your eyes.
It's pretty easy to apply, though...just follow the directions.
I'm pretty sure Walgreens should have it.
LOL!! She is amazing!
I know, I am just amazed at everything she learns right now, cuz elf-boy never did these things, that I can recall, until he was much older.
I expected her to shake the bowl, and to take the lid off. However, she put the lid ON. Cool!
I had better run. It's park day and we are getting a late start (laundry is now dry enough to wear).
See ya later!
I'm gonna wash my hair.
Trash men just came. The dead squirrel that was slightly hit by the car is gone, not a minute too soon.
Good morning everyone! We're gonna go on a mountain road trip today and need to get on the road. See you all tonight!
Does "finding links on Google" count as research, I wonder...
Anyway I was productive for twenty minutes, that's enough for now.
Are your links properly summarized and formatted according to the MLA stylebook? If not you'll have to redo them if you want actual credit.

The grocery had both the 3M stuff and the BandAid version. They looked really similar and the BandAid stuff was a little cheaper, so I got it. Gonna apply it in a minute here...and then I guess I'd better not attempt to type for awhile. ;-) I like my computer and all...but I really don't need to bond with it like THAT.
Hehehe... no, this is for thesis research. Doing my survey of related work. No need to format links yet...
Oh, speaking of which...
Third draft is "supposed" to go in today. This is "supposed" to be the final draft.
I have no idea what that means, though...because I don't get the impression that that's all there is.
Info changes from day to day, so take this as a grain a salt. But a couple a days ago, Steve told me "it looked like" the third draft would go in today.
...or maybe tomorrow.
