I thought there was a constant which, when multiplied or divided by the time it took a thing to fall, told how far it fell; or by the distance it fell, how long it took; in each case assuming the initial speed was zero.

Made my escape quickly this afternoon. Rasputin said okay then started goin' over check lists (which I'd already given him). When he stopped, I hit the trail afore he could start again.
So I...picked up some new contacts, got audio books fer the trip, bought presentses for neice-lings 2nd birthday party tomorrow, got a haircut, weeded the front garden, mowed (front and back), watered the gardens, fed the birds, took a shower and had some dinner. Gotta get Luke to bed in a few...
Somethin' is wrong with my eye. One of my contacts was botherin' me all day. If I had to self-diagnose, I'd say conjunctivitis, which would really suck. I'm hoping it was just irritated and will be better after some rest. I'm not going to stay here long.

hadda weapons malfunction on Range 9 tuhday... LT blowed his rifle up real good...
preliminary investigation is leanin' toward an obstruction of the barrel... seems the young LT set his magazines down in dirt and pea gravel... he's okay, but the rifle is totaled...
