Pot on the stove does the best popcorn job...if you're going by percentage of kernels popped.

They make these stovetop popper things - basically, a big pot with a lid and a handle that keeps the kernels stirred up. It seems like... a singularly useless device to me, but Dad just has to have one around, he won't eat popcorn made any other way.

I saw two women on PBS singing last night and it took me forever to realize it was Heart! Couldn't believe my eyes.

I got the brownies made up. They are in the little section of the black tray that held the original brownie. I put them in the freezer, but I still have to make the rest of the stuff. The experiment consists of two recycled Hungryman trays.

I just want to see how it works. They're unbaked, you know...frozen unbaked.

I'm baking the rest of the brownies.

Well it's a good nite for scifi. Speaking of which, we saw Constantine finally. I don't recall much discussion, but I figger with it's comic book-pedigree you'll have most likely seen it.

I really enjoyed it. They took a lot of license theologically, but most stories in this genre do. I especially liked the cinematography - it flirts with art flick status. Special effects were well done. I wish they had found someone other than Keanu to play the lead. I kept having Matrix-moments, thinking "Missss-ter Aaander-sahn"
