kewl... but I gets tuh blow stuff up...
What's that? Mt. Hood?
Ok...so she couldn't accept an instant transfer and then just transfer it directly in to her bank account?
It's no big deal really, I was just curious and she wouldn't ship my item till the e-check cleared which took a lot longer than an instant transfer would have.
heh...
the sick thing is, I get it...
they asked me if I wanted an e-mail account... I nearly panicked... yelled "I don't want a desk!!! I don't want a computer!!!"
Yesterday he was driving home from work and a guy in a big F250 plowed into the front passenger side of his car - totalled it. He got out without a scratch, though the airbags deployed and the front was pretty badly smashed. Poor little car...
LOL!
you got muh prayers darlin'...
I feel soooo blessed... I wanted to be a Marine fer as long as I can remember... when I was a Marine, I thought werkin' at Range Control would be the perfect job when I retired... God blessed me with both...
Here's another situation with Ebay, give me your thoughts...
I won an item yesterday at noon. Immediately paid as is my habit. Put a note with the payment for the person to let me know when they get the payment...you know...to kinda touch base thinking they'd tell me when they'd ship the item. The person had gone to great lengths in their auction to talk about "communication" and such being so important.
So I didn't hear anything at all from the person for 30 hours. Finally, I sent them an ebay message asking "Did you get the payment" and I got a response back immediately that said "Looks like it." No other info, didn't even sign the note.
What do you think? Is this common? The guy that bought my sprouter never contacted me although he did pay and I wrote and told him the package was on the way and got no response. Weird!
Good Lord!!! glad he's okay...
sorry fer the Corolla's passing...
Mmmmmmm....hops.....
Oh my gosh!! Thank goodness he was OK!!!
I'm really glad he was fine! Just shaken up because of the airbags going off - and then the horn got stuck, which didn't help his stress level any.
He said when he saw the truck pulling toward him, he just had time to think "Well, this is it," and was almost surprised when he didn't get hurt.
the EOD tech I'm werkin' with was blowin' up HUGH IEDs in Iraq a few months ago... he said he was as close as 35' to them when he detonated them on narrow streets...
guys got a set of cajones the size of bowlin' balls...
*sniff*... that's jest beautiful...
I'm usually closer to the reaction than 35'. The worse thing explosive wise was when I was boiling stuff in perchloric acid. If the flask goes dry...BOOM!
Oh yeah..and making diazomethane will blow up on ya if you don't keep things cool enough.
Yeah..I think I lucked out on the trip assignments.
kinda think an IED made from 3 155 mm arty shells can make a bigger boom than stuff in perchloric acid...
but either one is bad if'n yer too close...
is this
mine?
