James Doohan was a really nice guy. I met him a couple times at StarTrek conventions back in the early '90s. Somewhere mom has a picture of us with him. He was just a fun and friendly guy. Exactly like you might expect Scotty to be.

They're doing just fine! Thanks for askin'.

One died about a month ago from a bad molt. It happens.

My biggest challenge is finding change-out shells for my big fellas. They need snail shells with at least a 2" opening.

The other adventure is my never-ending quest to find a bigger tank so I can have all 11 of them in the same crabitat. It's a pain to care for 2 tanks.

I don't want to pay full price for a 35 gallon or larger, so I'm always checking the classifieds and freecycle.org to see if someone wants to get rid of one cheap or free.
