Richard Cohen (Lib Columnist) Rips Off Freeper On Judge Judy SCOTUS Nomination: Vanity
New York Daily News ^ | 7/8/2005 | olde north church

In another outing of Libs going to the Free Republic "well of ideas", it appears Leftist WaPo columnist Richard Cohen was influenced by something he read on our humble site.
--snip-- Over the weekend I went to a party, where I was asked who I thought should succeed Sandra Day O'Connor on the Supreme Court. Without hesitation I boldly gave my answer: Judge Judy.

Is it possible he was reading the Rush Thread

on 7/1.
Considering the shortage of new ideas amongst the body politik liberal, I feel quite proud of my effect on an old liberal stooge. They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Or is it intellectual plagiarism? The Dems don't have a problem with that. Just ask Biden.
For my next subliminal message to Mr. Cohen:
Shave the beard. Dye the Gray. Lose the glasses.

Beside Judge Judy, other famous current television and other "pop-culture" judges:

Judge Keane, Judge Ito, Judge Napolitano, Judge Joe Brown, Judge Mills Lane, Judge Mathis, Judge Hatchett, Judge Doherty, Judge Ephraim (Divorce Court).

People's Court

Judge Wapner, Judge Ed Koch, Judge Shiendlin, Judge Millian

Out of 14 judges, off the top of my head, it just so happens, it's Judge Judy. So, I have a M-O-R-O-N as an antagonist.

Thanks

I said *most* famous. I didn't say the only pop-culture judge. (Judge Wapner is probably more famous, but he's on Animal Planet now.)
