Hushovd got two points in the first sprint while Boonen and McEwen got none. Hushovd now only 5 points behind boonen in the fight for the green jersey. McEwen has already try to break away twice. Seems to be a tough battle brewing among the sprinters.
14:28 - Peloton Behind By 755"
As the peloton enters the feedzone (at the 103km mark) it is 755" behind Wegmann.
14:28 - Wegmann Currently Leading Three Classifications...
If Fabian Wegmann is able to maintain his current advantage of 650", he will end the day as the leader of three classifications. He has more points than any other rider in the climbing classification and will wear the polka-dot jersey tomorrow.
But at the moment hes also the virtual leader of both the general and youth classifications.
He began the day in 53rd place overall (343" behind Armstrong) and ninth place in the young rider category (230" behind Popovych).
