I realize it's all smoke and mirrors...

...but she does look nice.
And that's a snappy outfit she's wearing too!

I'd say yes to the botox, but look closely-- she hasn't lost much weight. Small across the shoulders but very wide in the beam. Maybe an optical illusion due to the fact that her face is so thin. That is not botox. That face has been surgically repaired.

She's attempting to look like Princess Diana. Notice the hair. You could be right. It's painful to look at that face for any length of time.

That's a really neat morphing trick you've done with Hillary. It's like an animated picture of Dorian Gray.
It's also reminiscent of the final scene in "Psycho", where 'Norman Bates' stares at the camera, and says, "Why, I wouldn't even hurt a fly." Hitchcock then morphs a skull and teeth over Anthony Perkins' face. Frightening:
Unfortunately, I'm still a beginner in graphics, darnit!

That toothy, mouthy smile of hers is a natural "facelift."
Two weeks to get those sags and bags tidied up and healed, while not impossible, seems like pushing it, don't you think?
Her facelift for real occurred six years ago; remember when she was out of sight because of a "back problem" that didn't stop her (head swathed in scarves) from mounting a came ?

I had forgotten about that one. ;)
Plastic surgery can't erase her rage. Notice how fast her essential ugliness reemerged....

I suspect something like that new
"Threadlift" procedure where the face and neck are lifted in about 30 minutes under mild to no sedation with a recovery typically of only a few days. See: ThreadLift

Look at photo in #22. Wouldn't the jawline be taut if she just had a facelift?
Maybe she had a face peel. With the inflammation and swelling, it would temporarily tighten and 'lift' somewhat.
Her face is thinner than one would expect on such a plump bottom because of the facelift in 1999. Look at her pre-1999, pre-op photos. You will see a lot of redundant flesh, a 'fatter' face.

I doubt that someone who had the standard Park Avenue facelift in 1999 would undergo this questionable procedure. Merely pulling up tissue without undermining won't last because of the countertension.

The girl in the background has something caught in her throat.
To: Mia T
Well, whatever it is, the result is dramatic, to say the least

also notice the fuzziness on the image around the jawline.....photoshopped image, maybe?

That could be photoshopped. Here's a pix of her from June 15, 2005:

The fake smile and botox are a nice, but the trick camera lens really takes off the lbs. Notice the long face.

Your pic shows that on june 15 the nasolabial folds are still there, as are the marionette lines, jowls, brow droop and eye bags.

Even though the brakes are fading, the shocks are gone and the exhaust is like Swiss cheese, if I put a new, fancy paint job on my old car, can I sell it like it's new?
