We Added 2 new gamers this week, and listed a couple of new games... Only 1 entry so far for the eagle caption. The winner will replace the existing caption.
Game titles were added to the keyword search... Hope this increases traffic.

Oops, sorry. Half-Life/Half-Life 2/Day of Defeat/Counterstrike, and Desert Combat Final (the BF1942 mod). Lately it's been lots of DoD, which I sort of prefer over BF1942 or Desert Combat - DoD is all about infantry fighting and squad-level tactics, without the heavy emphasis on vehicles you get in BF/DC

BF1942 only? Do you play DC, Vietnam, or BF2? Thanks!

I play World of Warcraft and EQ2 actively, EQ on a rare occasion.

May as well add me to your roster. I usually go by "Archangel" in the FPSs I play. I'm mostly into UT2K4 these days, but I think I'm gonna give BF2 a whirl.

Hmmm... sounds interesting... I'm getting sick of getting run over all the time.

I'm getting sick of getting run over all the time. Eeeeeeexxxactly. That, or constantly getting wasted by some dude who does nothing but jump in the Hind/Apache/MiG/whatever, and is basically untouchable because the AA weapons stink. No fun.

Hi,put me up for dod as Nooseman.day of deafeat is a ww2 sqaud based fps. It's based on the halflife game engine,so any hl1, not hl2 based product should allow you to download for free.Dod is like capture the flag, with usually 5 flags to capture, first team to capture all flags wins.

Good afternoon.
That's why I stopped playing on line. The drawback to playing single player is that it takes me, on average, around twenty hours to learn a game and most games lose their interest for me when I know how to win.
I would bet that the AI will be learning and adapting before long.
I started playing seriously a couple of years ago as therapy after I had a stroke. Having to manipulate the keyboard and keep track of the gameplay helped me regain the use of my left side and seemed to smooth out my thinking.
The VA shrink thinks I'm crazy to be hunting virtual Nazis, mutant monkeys and communists but it seems to mellow me out. If I stop playing for a few days, I begin to have nightmares. I start up playing and my dreams become pleasant again.
My 9 year old grandson is a quick and deadly shot against virtual monsters but he doesn't like killing virtual humans.

I know, when I fell on ice in 2003 and had my left hand cut open, it got infected with strep, I needed surgery and was in the hospital for 5 days. I almost lost part or all of my hand but I got off with a huge scar and some nerve damage. After I got out, I had to go to therapy as well. I was off on medical leave, I was bored so I got out my Playstation to pass the time and my therapist and doctor said it was a good idea to exercise my hand to get it going again.
