In the movie Breast Men, about the inventors of the breast implant, they discussed silicon use in the past. They spoke of what happened when Japanese soldiers used industrial grade silicon injections to enlarge women's breasts. It was, and will continue to be, fatal.

At pump parties, groups of patients typically receive silicone injections from an unlicensed, untrained person who is often using non-medical silicone. "Hi! Welcome to the pump party. Have a seat...I'm not trained or licensed, but I always use medical-grade silicone which I obtain from a silicon pusher in Haight..."
This article has so many "may"s, "might"s, and "could"s, and is, overall, so conditional, it seems it's from a supermarket tabloid article. By the way, have you seen the headline "Angel Struck by Lightning" with a picture of the unfortunate angel?
