Laura had a guest...commenting on a Gonzales appt...which some of us would not welcome...This woman said Gonzales would not be good choice because he'd have to recuse himself in certain cases due to his service as AG...that would mean a possible 4-4 tie on some likely key decisions. NOT to be desired...
Just something to remember, and of course, we'll see how it all plays out....
