I'd love it; his age is against him or otherwise I think it would be seriously considered.
I understand the worry on the threads too, although I haven't read of what is entailed in that worry since I just got home. But considered that Republican presidents have appointed 7 of the judges and we STILL have activist decisions, I can fully understand the concern this generates among conservatives.
My favorite! Two names mentioned on Laura Ingraham's show this morning that would send the liberals into a wild screaming panic were Mark Levin and Zell Miller. LOL!
