I was thinking of taking my 5 year old this year (gotta keep that interst up), but it'll need to be a day trip. Make sure to have plugs to protect those 5 year old ears from noise - they're more vulnerable to long term damage at that age.

This year, we will be having the USAF Thunderbirds AND the Canadian Snowbirds. Ear plugs are a necessity!
For the last five years, I have sat through a full week of the jet shows and ALWAYS bring ear plugs - and sunscreen.

I've been a fan sponser for a couple of years now. We went to the Bears first race in many years in 2003. Alas, we can't go this year...blew a wad of cash bushflying in Idaho & Oregon last month.

Rev DMV,
I'll get back to you in this thread in a couple of weeks about this to confirm but:
If you and your son are coming out for Thursday or Friday, I may have 2 box seats (includes pit pass and special parking pass) available each of those two days. I say "MAY" because my wife is still waiting for a response from friends.
If the friends drop out I can let you have two seats on one or both days cheaper than list price.
Now, don't count on this, yet...I'm just giving you a heads up and will firm it up in a couple of weeks if you are interested.
