I found this at Scamdy.com. I hadn't seen this post by FayWray before. She posted over at Smirkingchimp on May 9. Then AA shows up with the Scamdy report and guess who follows, Ben and goodboy show up and do their normal routine.

(Good grief, I'm so so sorry to have to imform the dimbulbs about it.)
Well now, this just complicates things even more.....for the Andyites.
"Anything raised over the $50,000 will be put to good use"--with the insinuation it might be spent upon airplane tickets, hotel bills, adult beverages, cigarettes, whatnot this summer after the red round one recovers, and resumes his crusade for open honest elections.
These other "good uses" were not included in the purpose for the fund-raisers, and some states may have uh, a problem with monies being spent other than for its declared purpose.
Mostly because they are two widely-divergent things--medical bills and political activism.
And the purpose of the fund-raiser had been for medical bills.
This is analogous to me soliciting contributions for my own medical bills, and then using the surplus funds to endow a professorial chair named for Clare Booth Luce (1903-1987) at the University of Nebraska.
I think some donors, and ALL regulatory agencies, would have an issue with that.
I frankly suggest the Andyites be very careful in applying all funds raised, to simply the stated purpose of the fund-raiser(s); the medical bills of the red round one, and nothing else.
