No patty (just another sauage joke)
Anyhow, I was on the SCOTUS thread and got in a couple of posts, nothing wise-a$$ or disrespectful, and bingo "Head Dummy":Spoke thru a cloud "Thou art banned"
Nothing you said would have tipped them off?
Was it just an IP check or something?
You can have my screen name if you want it. I only have about 50 posts, so it's no great prize. I'm never going back there.
Pitt should be very proud of his former partner...Ritter now writes for Al Jarzeera, doesn't he?
Well, guess you never worked for one,
Cooked books ain't a fairytale. Uggh. I ain't telling any names.
Sold...foisted on people...
This is just semantics. What's the difference?

Some in here might remember--I do not, of course--that during the 1964 presidential campaign, some rancher down in Texas put out a book named "A Texan Looks At Lyndon," which was, as one can infer from the title, not a book favorable to Lyndon Johnson.
I came across a copy of this book about thirty years after it had been published, in a used-book store, and was intrigued, because I had seen the book mentioned in histories of the 1964 presidential campaign.
The book, which apparently sold for 35 cents in 1964, advertised itself as a "sensation," as a "best-seller," and alleged that more than 1,000,000 had been "distributed."
Interesting choice of words; not "sold," but "distributed."
Anybody in here old enought to remember that book?
I have the impression it was very much like the recent biographies of William and Hilarity Clinton; that more copies were given away, rather than actually sold.
By the way, this is 2005, nearly 21 years after the presidential campaign of 1984.....and still, the used-book stores of Omaha, of Lincoln, of Denver, of Chicago, of Kansas City, of Pittsburgh (personal observation) are clogged with stacks and stacks of the biography of the failed vice-presidential candidate that year, Geraldine Ferrari, or whatever her name was.
All of these copies of that biography--in used-book stores, remember--appear to be in immaculate, new, and unread condition, but despite their usually being in the 25-cent section, they appear to sit there for years and years and years.....and decades.
Anybody else notice that phenomenon?
Three weeks--three weeks!--three weeks!--three weeks!--before the Andyites understood that the DUmmie FUnnies even existed.....as a result, being three weeks behind the rest of us--and still three weeks behind us.
Somebody mentioned the possibility that the story might have broken first on the other conservative web-site, and so last night I checked, exhaustively, the other conservative web-site, to see if they had beaten us to the gun; nope, they had not.
I was sitting in front of the computer at work the afternoon of April 28, 2005, when this suddenly popped up onto the screen:

This thread is very young (only out there for about 10 minutes):

This was just circa 5 minutes after that fateful post had been made, in DUmmieland.
I checked it out, and thought, nah, nothing there, just another one of those fund-raisers for Andy.....
Then I thought nothing else of the matter--no story there, nothing there, keep moving on--until an hour later, when this was posted, as an "aside" on the DUmmie FUnnies of that same day:

Right now nothing much in DUmmieland is really grabbing my attention. Yeah, Andy is hitting them up for more $$$ but even that is old hat by now. Maybe I am just anticipating the action when the Celeb DUmmies kick off their website in a little over a week.

Yeah, the DUmmies are going bonkers over there, in DUmmieland, in a haste to get $25,000 for the DUmmie Andy Stephenson.
So far, I've noticed the Grand DUmmie "Skinner" has had the class, the professionalism, to keep this off the front page of DUmmieland, while the DUmmies are squealing for it to be put there.
And so far, none of the boring DUmmie PUnidiot "William Pitt" threads show the DUmmie Andy Stephenson thanking him for fund-raising attempts on his behalf in the past.
As I said before, the DUmmie Andy Stephenson is actually more craven, more criminal, more calloused, than his bete noire Bev Harris; he is just going to take the money--whatever money is collected--and run, and no thanks to anyone.
Like he's "entitled" to it.

Good grief! What does he need $25 grand for?

The DUmmie Andy Stephenson qualified for having an operation on his pancreas through social services in Washington state.
But that apparently isn't good enough--like his mentress Bev Harris, he has to have the best.
So now the DUmmies are trying to raise money to have the operation done at Johns Hopkins in Maryland, and of course social services in Washington state will not cover that.
This guy makes Alphonse Capone look socially-conscious.

Oh my God - that's unbelievable! I remember the older thread now (it was actually pretty gross), where he was sickly and yellow, and did not know what was wrong.

I think the DUmmie Andy Stephenson is playing on the minds of DUmmies--after all, he's sharper and more dishonest than his former employer, Bev Harris--hoping that by giving such explicit details to the DUmmie Innocents, it will scare them into sending money his way.
Right now in DUmmieland, the DUmmie Andy Stephenson is throwing around medical jargon as if he knows what the words mean, and he's playing the DUmmie Innocents like Chopin could play the piano.
Yeah, right.
Bah, humbug.
As an aside, what I find most galling is that a couple of DUmmies are asking, "Where's William Pitt?"
The DUmmie PUndidiot "William Pitt" is apparently "MIA."
Well, the DUmmie PUndidiot "William Pitt" may be the most boring person in the world, and perhaps not the brightest bulb in the room, but one hopes some glimmer of light is sinking into his pea-sized brain; "Uh, why should I be involved in this, because my buddy Andy has never said 'thank you' for all those fund-raising appeals in the past....."

After which this took off, several days before the other conservative web-site caught it, almost two weeks before that nice guy showed up in DUmmieland, three weeks before Bev Harris jumped on board.....
