I love lemon curd sandwiches, lemon curd and in fact anything with lemon or ginger in it was my mum's favourite so I got a taste for both at an early age and still like both of them.

Lemon and ginger buns (small cakes similar to muffins but a bit denser are one of my favourites).

I'll look for some lemon curd next time I do my shopping. I'm not sure I've ever had lemon curd sandwiches.
