It was a fun evening.
West Point had their band there doing the 1812 Overture, and my old unit was doing the artillery fire for it.
The blank round for the howitzer doesn't have any recoil to speak of.
But it can incinerate quite a few items.
Like golf balls nested in the round and launched.
I pinged you to another thread, but Jim Rob pulled it. Apparently the DU is pissed about the eminent domain ruling, and they wanted a truce for us all to work together to stop this. Can you Imagine? I said they better shower first!!
