Maybe justices should have term limits for 20 years lets say. Don't forget, the life span was so much shorter in the 1780's that it was incomprehensible that a justice would be on the bench for 30 years or so.

The Constitution says so......... They'll probably cite some international law to support their decision, why can't we find some international law to get rid of them. They can't have it both ways.

Wrong. From article three, section one: "The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour..."
Nothing in the Constitution about lifetime appointments!
