Catholic dogma has taught them not to use contraceptives, so, whether or not they can afford to feed another mouth, they breed like rabbits. 15M today could more than quadruple in twenty years.

Amnesty and a few other entitlements should ensure that THEY not only have the vote, they have control.

Again, I don't think politicians are thinking twenty years ahead, not even five. While I don't know the exact figures, yes, the Hispanic population is growing very quickly, - far faster than the white or black segments, but that has little to do with the current posture of both parties.
