Right; "wolkenkuckucksheim" is "cloud cuckoo-land."
Oftentimes used to describe the errie, farcial, dream-like, unreal world-view of the Germans in that bunker in Berlin in late April 1945 as the Soviets were just a couple of blocks away.
I don't know German, but just about every history book about the fall of Berlin uses that wonderful word.
