Not believing the accuser's mother (which is understandable) and having an emotional outburst at the mere mention of her name are two different things.

And I never said the system "doesn't work." I said it doesn't always work. Again, quite a difference.

Imo, the jury selection process needs revision.

Well, that mom sure had a habit of directing her "goofy" behavior at celebrities and their money.

That's right. Her being a weirdo excuses everything--anal rape of children even.

Assumes facts not in evidence. (Obviously).

The jurors were fine. The prosecution was another story.

If he was found guilty, I would have been amazed.

I know how you feel about this, but the truth is that the jurors are given a specific list of instructions that they must abide by. This was not an open and shut case. It was full of flaws. They can't convict him based on anything but the facts in this case and I am really surprised that people here are calling the jurors names and saying they're stupid. They're just like you and me. Put in an absurd situation and trying to do the best they can. This is why we need professional jurors. I mean, if we are all entitled to jury of our peers, who should have been on this jury? I don't know why everyone is so surprised.

I lay the blame at the prosecution's feet. The jury did their job.

The prosecution always has a high burden. With a celebrity it's even higher. But they knew that going in, and they still blew it.

You mean this: Different Post to Different Thread

But you see the problem: that golfcart gets too crowded to look natural.
