My own theory about Mr. Weiner is that he's a closet-leftie... a plant, mole... whatever. He boasts of a knowledge of history but constantly buthchers it to fit his agenda.
Criticizing Limbaugh is a joke. Rush has a stable of people gleaning articles for him to disect... and he does it well. Weiner wings it nightly... and it shows!
I listen to Mark religiously. Mike Savage is a bit too loony for me but I do like it when he goes off on his stream-of-consciousness bits.

I actually find myself listening to NPR to avoid Savage.
All of it, Rush, Sean, Savage, et al... is just infotainment, nothing more, nothing less. If stations could get folks to tune in to monkeys playing in a jug band--that that would be the format---And with infotainment in mind I find Sean the least listenable--don't get a chance to listen to Rush much and occasionally listen to Savage.
Savage is great, and it's good to see that lot's of people hate him. I've had my fill of milquetoast cheerleaders.

I think Savage is great when he rails against the Islamofascists- he really gets it. On other matters he is just okay. That having been said, I do think he is a leftist mole because his arguments are so fanatical and dramatic that he sounds like something the left would dream up.

That's not so. I've heard him say good things about the president. More often than not Savage is negative towards Bush but "not from every angle".
Savage is one of a kind. Frankly, I like listening to him because he's not a wimp. I'm tired of wimps. Various Republic senators come to mind. But that's another subject.
As far as Rush Limbaugh? He is in some ways a Republican cheerleader. But not in all ways. Rush persoanlly appears to have made some pretty bad errors with the drug issue. If his use of drugs has made him deaf that's sad. But you have to be amazed that a person that's deaf is the biggest moneymaker on Earth in a business that's solely based on hearing. That is something else.
The radio not only has an on and off switch it has other channels. And you can even get XM and Sirius if you want more things to listen to. If you don't like Savage I suggest you don't listen to him.
Methinks this is a case of Savage Sour Grapes!
That, borders, and language are solid issues, and he champions them well, but is a disgrace everywhere else.

A couple of weeks ago, President Bush mispronounced a word (Sovereign, I believe), and Savage opened his show with this, blasting Bush... saying that he can't speak English, saying "Oh my God, this is our leader, he's a disgrace, he can't speak English).... I could go on and on. You'd SWEAR you're listening to Err America

99% of the time... the articles I see as important in the morning... end up being Rush's topics at noon.
But I listen every day just to make sure!
I heard Savage last night, I never listen but I was bored. I was pretty appalled at his juvenile name calling. Those who don't have anything intelligent to say or no basis for their argument resort to immature tactics.
So many could learn from his negative behavior. Rush is not immune, he does it also.
I agree with several others: I cannot listen to Savage for more than 5 minutes. Too looney...but then, maybe I'd be looney too if I lived in the San Francisco area!!!
I ALWAYS enjoy Michael Medved; the guy must have an IQ of about 200!!! He knows how to use his lawyer mind, that's for sure.
As for Rush, I enjoy him, too. I once had a liberal ask me what kind of pompous crap Limbaugh was...always saying, "With talent on loan from God." I quietly asked my liberal friend who had loaned him HIS talent, if not God? Shut him up fast.
