[history]
I often here Rush and other conservatives talk about seminars that liberals like me can attend to be instructed on how to call conservative talk shows, post on conservative websites, etc. The problem is that I have missed so many such seminars. Can somebody bring me up to speed? THANKS!

I enlisted in November all those years ago, knowing nothing of the South, thinking Benning in Georgia would be warm in winter. Froze like a popsicle.

hehehe
well I went down there with a doctor's note for sunblock (I am nearly 100% Irish and burn easily). I ended up with blisters all over my neck, lower arms and hands.
I didnt want to go on sickcall, but I couldnt move my hands very well. well the next morning we got smoked for doing something stupid (I dont remember exactly) and had to do more push ups. all the blisters broke and the skin gave way to big cracks on the back of my hands.
It was pretty gross....

happy bob was aka washington conservative, conservaboy, small voice of sanity, king of the forums, 1060 west addison, tony scoot, stranded sol, mark faggert, its obvious, virused, not a bush leaguer, et al. Definitely a seminar zottee. Perhaps posts from someone with that history could be immediately quarantined into a special category that would not be available unless one chose to view such posts. I, for one, would have no problem with that if it helped eliminate distractions to the important discussions we both know must occur soon.

I did basic, AIT, and Jump School at Benning: all of nineteen, and not very smart. Example: had a pass in Jump School and hit Columbus with some buddies. Young woman approached me and asked if I wanted a date. Shook my head, turned to a friend and said, 'Man, the girls sure are forward here.' They teased me relentlessly for weeks afterward.
What can I say? Indiana farm boy. Pardon me while I scrape the cow manure from my boots.

LOL
I never got into Columbus, but the Drill Sergeants told us that if we DID go into Columbus, that we do it at MOPP level 10 :-)

Oh, lighten up. Climb the stairs from your parents' basement and go outside for awhile. Sunshine is your friend.

did you read what Bigsigh said in that other thread? I read the threads referred to by Darksheare. I don't much have a lot of concern with offending new posters as I have for the distraction it presents.
