Thanks. I'll give it a try. We have put up bread and butter pickles and dill pickles but never tried peppers.

I've never tried pickling hot peppers - but I do plan on doing that this year. I freeze some of my hot peppers, dry others, make jelly out of others and vinegar out of still others.

I'm hoping to actually make some money out of them this year........along with the rest of my gardening endeavors.
