No, but I took their picture, and one of my group gave them some double stick tape, and doll hair while we were waiting in line so they could have fuzzy feet. We got there really early-7:45-, so outside we were second in line, and they were right behind us.
I thought that the Frodo/Elijah of whom you speak looked a lot like Elijah..actually, his companion who looked more like Pippin was supposed to be Samwise, but they were really nice kids-Frodo's Mom & Dad brought them, and they seemed like a really nice family.
Kent, the Aragorn was really surprised when he didn't win the costume contest, and I found out that the Tower of Baradur who won first for female has worn that same costume to a bunch of different things and won first place.
I was glad that the Gollum won, even though his costume wasn't too great as he's not a professional "go to all the contests, and conventions and win" person.
I was a lady hobbit, Peg Skankhobbit er, Stoutbottom, but I must say my costume, and wig was better than any of the female hobbits who were in the costume contest. I didn't enter it because I thought that the Arwen in the green was a shoo in for first. Anyway, I thought the female hobbits in the contest all looked like they were wearing their wench outfits from Ren Faire, and not costumes styled like the ones in the film.
