Got rid of your living room furniture?
You mean summer vacation? I don't know exactly...

Eventually...
I'm thinking all bean bags...

Corin is in a contemplative mood this morning. No good will come of this.
What are you contemplating doing?? Does it include violence? Red paint?
;-)
Good morning!
Just don't stress.
Boy did I have an awful night last night.
Immediately after dinner I started to feel nauseous, and had the beginnings of a headache. I figured I was dehydrated and started downing glasses of water. At first, I felt sortof OK, but if I got up and moved around my head would start throbbing.
At 11:30, I had downed many glasses of water, as much as I could drink without throwing up, and it was worse! I took some aspirin then, it felt like my head was splitting. I'd hold my hands on it to hold my brains in, and ecurbh put his hands on it too, because it seemed to feel better. I woke up still splitting at 2:00 and took more aspirin.
Is this what a migraine is? I've never had one, and I don't want another.
Are you pondering what I'm pondering?
OK - tell us what you're contemplating!
Mornin everyone.
Hair - it isn't possible that you may be PG, is it?
Not to scare ya, chica - but I only felt ill at night and couldn't drink water to save my life. Only crushed ice.
And please don't take any more aspirin if there is a chance you may be. It's dangerous.
Kinda sounds like one... the nausea and the sudden onset.
Was the pain more focalized on one side of your head or the other? Were your eyes sensative to the light?
Those symptoms and the nausea are the symptoms of migraine.
No - I'm not... I really don't think that's it.
I was covering my eyes because the light from the TV was bothering me, and it seemed the pain was on the top of my head, but I really don't know, it didn't feel localized.
Whatcha thinking, Corin?
I'm thinking that there's a resource problem going on here this morning... doesn't usually happen that Rosie 'n me wake up at the same time, but now I have to wait for her to finish with the bathroom... sounds like she's almost done, though.
I think so, Brain, but where will we find a chicken and three quarts of motor oil at this hour?
I'll bet that's what it is. My migraines are always on the top of my head, slightly off to the left side of my head. I can't stand the thought of food and looking at anything bright, like the TV, is uncomfortable. Also, being able to focus your thinking seems harder.
Hormones, caffeine, chocolate...they supposedly all can bring them on...but I've never seen a correlation in my case...
Well, I really hope it wasn't, or at least that it never happens again, but when it was pounding last night, and I was trying to drink water but felt sick, I couldn't help but wonder if I was having a migraine.
It was like the worst hangover I hever had times 10.
Whew!
Must be a migraine then.
Or I was just really dehydrated. I know I go all day drinking only coffee some days, and yesterday was one of them!
