Just had Root Canal Part I, The Grinding Grater.
My ear is numb, fergumbyssake.
Root Canal Part II, Revenge of teh Series Filler, is Tuesday.

I had a root canal while in college; on the morning of my final in a class on Mexico. I had visions of revolution dancing in my head! ;o)
When they were done, my face was numb from ear to ear. Rinsing after the work was amusing, to say the least. I looked like a baby, so much water was dribbling down my chin.
I'm tellin' ya, sedation dentistry is the way to go.
I took a pill, wife drove me to thedentistoffice. I took another pill (or so), and I was out.
With very few memories of anything else, I woke up the next morning. Root canal and two (temporary) crowns all in place.
Anyway, wuzzent that bad. The residual numbness was irritating, tho...
Eeeek! Don't let them put you to sleep!
I'm pretty numb myself right now.
Numb with shock over that Supreme court decision.
I think a heavy investments in guns and ammo is in order.
