Back! The King Soopers I went to didn't have the right dressing stuff, but they did have other flavors by the same brand...so if there's a big one within sight of the freeway when we stop sometime, I suppose we could check. Or maybe in the town we stop for the night there'll be a grocery chain that carries 'em? We'll see, I guess.
Kitties are as set as they're gonna be, though they're eyeing the feeders with much trepidation. I guess they'll get over it.
Also got sunscreen, a hugh water bottle, and Dramanine in case of emergencies. It's the knock-out kind (that was the cheapest), so if I take it, I won't be very good company. But I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least have it.
Looks like you're all off to a fabulous start. Hope you all have a great time, keep those pictures coming!

That's ok, I don't like company anyway.... and I sometimes have hotel-sleeping problems.

back from town with thekids and themeatbirds...
eatin' lunch, bologna sandwiches and leftover pizza...
then we're off to the Niangua for a refreshing dip in a cold, clear spring fed river...

We had to cancel in order to have our horse trailer, $$$-wise... and also because our other required trip to AZ was a stress event to find horse and dog care.
We have an extra coffeepot; I'm running white vinegar through it now to clean out the mineral deposits and OB will bring it down tomorrow. LSA
