This story to me is hilarious - The Billboards went up today and anyone arrested in Oakland for soliciting a prostitute gets their face up in lights.
This guy takes a DU-Worthy-View of the actions of The City of Oakland.
Did he forget that SOLICITING A PROSTITUTE IS ILLEGAL????
