Oh he is very nice looking :)
Well I yelp when I see a rat but it's because they startle me. Eddie says I have a snake scream though. I don't like baiting my own hook but I do it. I just place and close my eyes and do it. I can't stand putting my hand in the bucket with minnows swimming though. I will get something and scoop them out. I don't mind the touching as much as I don't like killing the minnows or the worms.
LOL you are braver than me then! As for peace and quiet, I have Emmas and Jacobs friends over for sleepovers. That is 5 kids in total and I promise you QUIET is not even on the agenda! LOL
Maybe one day I will be able to fish by myself, who knows? I mean, I used to be terrified of horses, but am slowly getting there and doing more things with them. : )
The cabin we are going to for a week in the summer has a huge private pond, teeming with fish. I reckon deaconjim is brave to go there again, because it is the place where i upended him when he was in the canoe : D, maybe this time, i'll get pics HEHE! : )
Jody is so small, but real typy. She is purebred, but we don't have any papers. I might have to take a little trip and check him out.
LOL!!! Well, wouldn't you like to know!! My motto is "Never disclose your weaknesses to the Enemy". ;o) Now, you may be my buddy, but you got a wicked sense of humor, so "I ain't afraid of nuthin', Babe!"
You're welcome my dear. Just consider it free therapy. You'd have to pay big bucks to some shrink to make you sit and look at pictures of snakes to get over your fear of them. ;o)
Not even a slick church parking lot, on horseback???
: )
Good theory to live by, coz if you don't and guess wrong you ain't gonna live long.
And Becky, that don't mean got gotta go try to stone 'em to death either and just end up making 'em mad or gettin' bit!! Leave 'em the he// alone! ;o)
I'm jealous! You better take lots of pictures! {yeah like I had to say that one!}
We have this drop off at our lake that we haven't cleared yet. Nature trails my foot. I go around to my neighbors and take his deck to the bottom:')
No, unfortunately. I'd have some good riding buddies if I was. I'm in NW Alabama, but that's OK too. ;o)
Well tomorrow I'm off to the "ranch":')
"water moccasin"
Did I send you those jpegs of water moccasins in a plastic bucket. Can't remember now but a farmer friend had several in a five gallon plastic bucket. I made several pics of them and thought I sent you a few on email.
LOL!! YOU!! That only happened coz I was dumb enough to follow YOU out onto it! I shoulda kicked your butt and I woulda if mine hadn't been hurting at the time! ;o)
Well, I was already convinced that you were going to anyway...........
: )
You may have, but I've got so much crap in my e-mail folder that I'd have a heck of a time finding it. I couldn't believe that anybody was crazy enough to be carrying around a bucket-load of live Cotton Mouths in the back of their truck anyways! Did that guy have a death wish or what?! And I wouldn't've been getting close enough to take pictures of 'em either. It'd be my luck that one of 'em would shoot outta that bucket and bite me right on the nose.
If you think the bucketful of Cotton-mouths was bad you shoulda seen what he had before that.......
A large wooden box packed full of rattlers, copperheads and water moccasins. They were wiped out by a power outage one winter. Even his neighbors were upset because of his collection.........
look what I foundhttp://www.findit.co.uk/pets/horse/transporters/1879168.php
LOL! Now that is a horse transporter..... : )
Becky
