NO jenny. That was NOT the first word out of her mouth. He tried to get her to lighten up many times.
He asked why she was so angry because she is apparently incapable of speaking politely to anyone.
He tried to be nice. He tried to get her onto some sort of neutral ground, but she bullied her way through the show just like she always does.
