He jabbed, she countered. I enjoyed it.
Off to bed.
He wasn't talking about politics, but she turned everything he said into a political statement.
From out of the blue she came out with the comment about him losing his job if he admitted that he was a conservative. That was a low blow and she shouldn't have said that. I think he was totally confused by her sniping.
I figured you would like her, according to the men of FR she can do no wrong.
I like her sometimes but was very disappointed tonight. I think that MAF or Abner or any FR woman would have given a better interview.

NO jenny. That was NOT the first word out of her mouth. He tried to get her to lighten up many times.
He asked why she was so angry because she is apparently incapable of speaking politely to anyone.
He tried to be nice. He tried to get her onto some sort of neutral ground, but she bullied her way through the show just like she always does.
I agree with you Max. She is a bully and a smart mouth.
She was mean in my opinion also.
I saw it exactly the same way you did, dixie sass. He tried and tried to get her to lighten up, but she kept jabbing. He seemed confused to me also. He had not intended to have a discussion like that with her. She was a verbal bully and behaved badly.

She had nothing to say that wasn't political, sharp and unnecessary. The woman has a huge chip on her shoulder.
You guys could probably see if if she didn't wear skirts up to her waist, but that seems to distract you somehow.

It **could** have gotten ugly at that point, but she defended herself MARVELOUSLY......and, she ended up by charming him with a joke about one her libertarian/conservative friends who used to smoke a big bowl of pot, and then make Grateful Dead candles in his living room -- while listening to Rush Limbaugh. :o)

He got a kick out of that. They both did fine but she does need to loosen up just a bit. He is quicker and wittier than I had thought. The audience enjoyed too. I heard no booing.
I also liked the part where HE started to call her "angry..."
...and SHE said that most liberals used that term to decribe conservatives who refuse to back down from their strongly held beliefs......and HE said, "What makes tou think that **I** am a liberal?"
And she said:"This **is** CBS, isn't it?"

She was on the show, BECAUSE of who she is, she wasn't on the show to "have a good time" also they didn't show her book.
