Michael Crook: I didn't admit to them that I lied about the camera. For legal reasons, I can't divulge details, except to say that I was contacted by the Philadelphia Police Department, and cooperated with their detectives. I am not going to lose sleep over whether or not people believe me. The salary facts that I post come from the government's own websites, so if people contest the accuracy of the salary figures that appear on my site, they need to take it up with Uncle Sam, or if they have hard evidence that supports their side..I will post it.

Michael Crook: My ultimate goal...my "utopia" would be a restructured military-- one that matches the civilian sector in terms of compensation and benefits, and a new military that doesn't abuse taxpayers' funds the way that I feel it does now.

I was wondering the same thing. Is there something else going on here besides criticizing Fox News?
While waiting for the Beltway Boys and Fox News Watch last week (or maybe I still had the TV on after they went off, I don't remember), I had the TV on with no sound and they were showing footage from a hurricane. Underneath it said, "Most Americans Unprepared for Hurricanes."
Well, "No Duh!" I thought, "Most Americans don't live in hurricane zones."
I know if one reached all the way up here to Madison WI, I'd be pretty much unprepared for it.
I'm also unprepared for volcanoes, tsunamis, earthquakes, and flying saucer invasions. Of course, here in Madison, if a flying saucer did invade, I'd be hard pressed to tell the the difference between the invaders and many of the local residents.

I agree that they sometimes use the "FOX NEWS ALERT" WAY to much, I even wrote them a message stating I think they use it WAY TOO MUCH once, but I agree with NONE of the rest of your message...
