Okay Freeper dudes and Freeperettes!
It has come to my attention that some folks around here would not mind meeting and socializing with other FReepers in Vegas!
So here's the Challenge! How many of you would want to go to Vegas?, one hotel for freepers and bring family, pets, whoever! to attend a Speaker (Conservative) Conference social weekend? or just a social?
We have some excellent planners around here! Pissant for one and some that shall remain nameless for the time being..
Okay seriously! post your opinions!
BTW: Everyone will have to wear there screen name.....

Last time I went - we stayed at the Paris Hotel - just across the street from Bellagio.
My friends and I would go to the wedding chapel every day and try to talk the bride out of getting married.
Did I mention we were drinking a lot then?

Just got back from the Bellagio. Prices on the big name Vegas hotels are plummeting since Wynn opened his new hotel.

I have a friend who goes to Little Green Footballs, but I have never been there. I like it here, I'm all snuggled in.
Damn, lazy DUmmies. That would have been fun. Perhaps someone who trolls on DU could drop a bug in their ear about this little excursion.

DD, I'm really disappointed to note your apparent endorsement of prostitution.

LGF is a different kinda place. I used to go back and forth - but I'm snuggled in here also.
Yes, the darn DUmmies were too lazy to protest... sad, really.

It's sorta like 'Little House on the Prairie' meets 'Green Acres'...
I've got a canopy bed with a mini-chandeliers and get my water via a garden hose in the aviary.

Not an endorsement. It's just a fact - I do know someone who owns a brothel and the rest was sarcasm.
Please accept my apology for not adding the /sarc at the end.

We need to select the most liberal city in the country and go there.

Uggggghhhhh.
You have my sympathy..
My septic tank never went bad, but a few years ago, we dropped power and were out for about 6 days due to a storm.
Fortunantly, I had lots of water stored, and my stove was propane and didn't need electricity.
We bought a generator right after that..
The ONLY thing I am liking about the city is reliable water and the fact that I can order pizza and have it delivered.

"We need to select the most liberal city in the country and go there." San Francisco or New York? I do not know which is more liberal.

We sure could ... then we'd need 200 FREEPERS and 100 rooms.
