Bragg's apple cider vinegar is also good. A teaspoon in a 6 ounce glass of water and also soaking in warm water with a 16 ounce bottle added to the water. Good for cellulite and leg veins.

Real cranberry juice with no sugar added and lots of water each day is a lot cheaper and healthier. Some apple cider vinegar helps, too.

First of all, there is no such thing as cellulite. It's a made-up word for fat. Used as a catch word for selling certain products.

Second, I take aqua aerobics classes several times a week. Those saddlebags have disappeared. Much cheaper.

"There's no downtime to it," Dr. Fiona Wright, a cosmetic dermatologist, said. "You don't go under the knife."
...

"Velasmooth incorporates radio frequency and infrared light treatments to smooth out the skin. Mesotherapy, which is a series of injections, increases circulation and drainage."

Light treatments? Injections? That, my dear, is "down time" sprinkled all over the place. Wasted time, meaning appointments, appointments, appointments every week.

Would that there was just a pill. I'd rather take a pill every day all my life than waste effort and time going somewhere for treatments (or wasting time putting on salves - I do that already for derm stuff, so I know what a time-wasting pain that is).

Another thing to consider...I did some research on this awhile back...mesotherapy has only been done in the US for 5 years, is unregulated and largely untested in the dose quantities used in the U.S., which are larger than the doses used in the UK. It is always best to wait at least 10 years after a product such as this is introduced, otherwise you could end up with some nasty side effects that did not show up in initial testing.

"Cellulite" is not just caused by fat. It results when the collagen and connective tissue relaxes between the blobs of fat, so it tends to increase with age.

In many people, exercise and diet can only do so much. Collagen is neither fat nor muscle. I worked with a gym teacher who was very thin, bicycled to work, exercised a lot, yet still had cellulite.
