Ladies and Gentlemen we have 85 days remaining until the kickoff of the NFL season with the American Bowl game in Japan. The pre season starts five days later, and the regular season is only 118 days away! Here are some of the top stories from this week in the NFL:
Trojans DT Wright will enter NFL supplemental draft
Former Jets kicker Brien agrees to terms with Bears
Colts to put FieldTurf down in RCA Dome
Redskins' Gibbs has operation to unclog artery
Jags agree to terms with LB Wayne | Raiders sign Foreman
McNabb: Eagles can win without T.O. | NFLPA complaint resolved
Bucs' owner Glazer opens takeover bid for Man Utd
Louisiana unmoved by Saints talks with San Antonio
NFL trying to replicate NBA's success in China
Jaguars agree to terms with LB Nate Wayne
Holdout Walker wants to stay with Packers
Fair enough. Although he just left the hospital this week.
Yeah exactly..........thank God for college football!
May 11th I believe. I didn't take as much time as I could have finding articles. During the season there will be the previous week's results, stories, injuries, and the next week's schedule, much more work
To compare clowns to Winslow Jr. is an insult!!! (To clowns)
I don't know if I should even bother watching this year. My Dolphins are... well, they're lucky if they pull out a break-even season.
New coach, yes, I know... maybe I'll watch the opening game.
will TO play this year for the Feagles?
you never know. Saban should do well. Having their best corner hurt in practice and being out for the season doesn't help matters. At least they got one of the two best running backs in the draft.
I would say one of the two are going to break. Either the team will lose its first few games and rush to do whatever owens wants or he'll see they aren't moving (the more likely scenario) and he'll stop. Either way I bet he gets cut next year.
His agent is a AH..left him no wiggle room...
I believe it's standard for people to not be allowed to do risky stuff, such as motorcycle riding, skydiving, etc.
I think I'm the only hard-core Jets fan who doesn't hate Doug Brien. The guy had one bad game. That's not to say I'm not looking forward to seeing what Mike Nugent can do for us.
I agree, but it would have been stupid for the Jets to bring him back
Woo hoo!!! Three months until Texas starts it's second straight Rose Bowl campaign!!! Watch out Ohio State, OU (this is THE year) and A&M!!!
The biggest story of the week maybe the Colts changing their field surface.
How so? Their practice field has had fieldturf for quite a while, so they're already used to it.
I know. I should have put /sarcasm next to my post.
