My question was not only because of my own situation (parenting alone sux & the kids are better off with both parents anyway), I had alterer motives. First, kids being withheld from a parent with a financial obligation gives the parent justification not to pay. Second, parents that see their kids are statistically better payers. They get to see where at least some of their money is going.
