Yes Indeed I have a perfect set of divorce papers (2002) it took ten years to get my divorce, it would have been easier being married to a plumber.

The church told me if I did not go back to my husband and remain married I would end up with nothing. The group in NY affliated with the GOC Philoptochos told me we know the men in black and you are not alone. Most of the women who have divorced Priests are afraid to speak up about their experiences.

I am involved with the CSE, but the attorney I have seems no match for my ex husbands slick attorney who has the most out landish ways of buying time for his client. I have contacted every local office in the state of Florida, so what will it cost the price of a stamp to send a letter to the President? His brother the Gov told me there is nothing he can do in this matter. My younger son is on SSI since our child support stopped in the year 2003. The Judge gave the ex a year to get a new career which he did at Webster University. I have asked for a direct pay from his work place to the CSE. Requested pay stubs for the last three months, tax return from last year and an updated financial report. Also his pass port as he likes to visit Greece in the summer months. I was living in a remote village in N. Greece and escaped with both children to return to the USA to get medical help for my youngest son who at age five was not talking, he was taken to the CHOP in Philadelphia where he had a total neurological work up and a few weeks later heart surgery. I hope this answers some of your questions. Should you be in my situation what would you do? Thank You Sarah

In what state did you get your divorce, or was the divorce in Greece ?

In what state did you get a child support order, and what kind of legal child custody do you have (joint legal, primary physical, or what) ?

What state do you live in, and what state does your ex live in ?

And, are you an American citizen, and is he an American citizen ?
